Ce se întâmplă cu creierul nostru când mâncăm dulciuri?

Nu sunt un exemplu tocmai bun în privinţa dietei. Pot să mă abţin de la dulciuri, dar nu simt nevoia să mă abţin, şi iată şi cauza..
